Inspectors no longer go on roofs! It's simply not safe and walking on roofs can and usually causes damage to the roof. Most Inspectors now simply look with Binoculars. We examine the whole roof to provide a comprehensive report. 

Inspecting a house without inspecting the Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Stove, Sub-pump etc  is irresponsible . Most housing failures occur due to malfunctioning hardware. We run all appliances to make sure you are getting usable equipment.

We have and use Infrared Imaging to pick-up on what other inspectors miss. Many times leaks will be behind a wall and that could lead to harmful mold buildup. We thermal image every room to look for inconsistencies in temperature indicating water leakage. 

We pride ourselves on being the Home Inspectors with the personal touch. We want to show you first hand what we see and be able to answer your questions as we go and share our knowledge with you. But only if you would like, you can always sit it out and relax while we complete the inspection.

Most times there is a tight deadline to negotiate after the inspection. Time is always a factor so the last thing you want is to have to wait until the next business day or 2 business days to have your report. We utilize software to ensure we can get you your report within hours of your inspection.
